I had two accounts. A Tank and a DPS. If raid with my clan on Tank but the dps account no one knew about and it was the one I ended up keeping because I honestly got tired of how stress inducing being a Tank can be at higher levels.

I dunno about that. DPS is definitely less stressful than tanking or healing because you just have to focus on your target and know mechanics instead of having to always be aware of other players' health bars or add threat and whatnot, but I wouldn't say it's a less skilled position. Personally, I play tank a lot just because it's usually shorter queue times than DPS and I really don't like healing.

Healers are just people who are too bad to play dps themselves, so they play the easy class.

It depends on the game, on WoW i played all roles, healer was really the most difficult and less rewarding role, like if you do your job right everyone thanks the tank, and if anyone fucks up it's always your fault, meanwhile tanks just have to stand there taking hits while doing nothing special, just not taking to many ennemies at once

On Monster Hunter World mast time, I was fighting an Old Leshen (he's very strong, and yes it comes from The Witcher, it's a free DLC) and I'm using a LBG, both of them used a katana. No joke, I drank every potions I got to heal them or boost them up while shooting as much as I could and flashing when needed (yes you need a talent that when you drink something, people around you get the same effects, so healing etc...), I've saved them a fkin lot of times and at the end they said "Yeaaaah dual katana best combo ever" and I was like --' yeah thanks...
